Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the NepSwap website (the "Service") operated by NepSwap ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Services

NepSwap provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. We do not store your funds. Our service facilitates the direct swap of one cryptocurrency for another. We do not require Know Your Customer (KYC) or any form of registration.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the destination and refund wallet addresses. Providing an incorrect address may result in the irreversible loss of your funds.
  • You warrant that you are of legal age to use our Service and that your use of the Service does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for the security of your own wallets. NepSwap is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from compromised wallet security.

3. Transactions

  • Transactions are processed on the respective cryptocurrency networks and are subject to network confirmation times, which are outside of our control.
  • We provide rate estimates for your convenience. For "Fixed Rate" transactions, the rate is guaranteed for a short period. For "Floating Rate" transactions, the final amount you receive may differ from the estimate due to market volatility.
  • All fees (network fees and service fees) are included in the estimated exchange rate shown to you before you confirm a transaction.
  • In the event of a failed transaction due to an error on our part, we will return the funds to the refund address provided, minus any applicable network transaction fees. If no refund address is provided, we may be unable to return the funds.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to refuse service or block transactions if we suspect any such activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NepSwap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the content provided on the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
